"I had the absolute pleasure to work with TJ Hart. He worked with me in my preferred method of communication. He was incredibly cheerful even through text messages. He was so pleasant, sweet and charismatic. He let me go through multiple vehicles for test drives with amazing patience, as they have a bigger selection than those currently near me. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all.  Then I spotted my new car in the lot. He was happy to to get me pricing on the original vehicle I went there for and the new one I was pretty sure I was going to get. He worked a little extra to get my payments where I needed them. Then did all the leg work for me so I didn't even need to call my insurance company.

Service Ever

"I wanted to take a few minutes to thank the service department (especially Tom) at Hart Ford in Roscommon, for going above and beyond for my sons and I after we were in an accident in the area and stranded on 75S on our way home to the Detroit area after a UP camping trip. 
Tom went out of his way on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot transportation and hotel accommodations for my family, including our 90lb. chocolate lab. One of the employees at the dealership kindly offered her cold water out of a coffee mug when he noticed how warm she was after two and a half hours of being stranded on the side of the road with us while we waited on a tow. When we got to the dealership and had no where to go without a car rental available and 3 hours from home, one of the guys from Hart Ford shuttled us over 30 minutes to the hotel that Tom had reserved for us. 
Tom ensured that my vehicle was inspected as soon as possible on Monday morning and got the insurance adjuster the necessary paperwork and pictures to approve the repairs quickly. The work was completed by Tuesday afternoon, even with a new transmission pan being shipped from Detroit. Once the work was finished, Tom continued to provide the best customer service that I have ever received, and is working on making arrangements to get my vehicle back to me, over 150 miles away. 
Having grown up in a small town myself and now living in a busy, metropolitan area, this experience was a great reminder of the difference it can make when you show kindness and concern for others, even if it’s not in your job description." - Tina Marie
